Refunds

Products can be returned for a refund within 15 days of receiving your product (minus a 15% re-stocking fee) only if they have not been installed, damaged, used or modified in any way. All refunds must be accompanied by an RGA number issued by Axxis Off Road. All returns must be received in resaleable condition and are subject to a full inspection before a refund will be issued. 

Axxis Off Road recommends you insure your return and you should request a signed receipt of delivery. Axxis Off Road is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen returns.

All Returns, Refunds and Exchanges must be on uninstalled products and the product must be returned in the original packaging. Axxis Off Road will not offer refunds or exchanges on items that have been installed or is not in the original packaging.
